最新的NIW批准个案

Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. No Publication.Although most EB-2 National Interest Waiver applicants rely heavily on their strong publication record and high number of citations in order to demonstrate a significant impact on their field of expertise, from time to time there comes a case where that formula simply doesn’t fit. For example, we recently received an approval in the case of a research engineer who works in the area of defense communications and homeland security. Because of the sensitive nature of this work, the client had not published many articles, and the bulk of his presentations were delivered to high-level officers in the armed forces and the like. Although this situation may well have doomed the NIW petition, careful foresight and meticulous review and preparation of his letters of recommendation from prestigious experts in his field secured an approval without an RFE! As is often the case in these situations, time and care spent during the NIW materials preparation phase paid off in the end, and we are very grateful for the willing cooperation of the client, without which the case might have had a much rougher road to approval!
