CRM specialist wanted
Zhang & Associates, PC is an immigration law firm with 13 attorneys and 13 supporting professionals. The firm operates offices in Houston, TX, Chicago, IL, and New York, NY. (Website: www.hooyou.com)
To provide best service for our expanding client group, we intent to recruit a CRM specialist to implement CRM in the firm. He/she shall assume the following responsibilities: (1) Provide application support for Siebel CRM. (2) Provide functional support for the Siebel CRM system users regarding problem diagnosis, logging, tracking, internal escalation, chronic identification, prioritization and resolution of issues. (3) Provide testing for new development projects and implement patches and fixes.
Qualified candidate shall possess the following:
(1) At least 2-3 years experience in implementing one of Siebel, Oracle, PS or Salesforce CRMs in an organization; (2) Must have a 4-year college degree in a relevant specialty (MIS); (3) Excellent oral and written communication skills; (4) Be able to take initiative and responsibility in implementing CRM; (5)Be able to work effectively as a team member to meet deadlines.
