To Our Clients and Friends,

With the arrival of the holiday season, our firm extends our best wishes to you and your family.

As we work with clients throughout the year, we are honored to know we are helping the United States retain the best and brightest individuals. America’s research, academic, and professional communities as well as its scientific, technological, health care, and financial industries are made stronger every day through the significant contributions of immigrants who perform key roles in their organizations. Our nation prospers not only from the pioneering discoveries, original breakthroughs, novel studies, and technological innovations made by immigrants but also from the rich cultural diversity that all immigrants bring to our country.

Indeed, our clients are among the most extraordinary immigrants, outstanding professors and researchers, exceptional scientists and scholars, and professionals with specialized knowledge as affirmed by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ approval of our petitions this year. Since the beginning of 2010, USCIS has approved 98% of our EB-1A petitions, 100% of our EB-1B petitions, 95% of our NIW petitions, and 100% of our nonimmigrant petitions. We understand that navigating the complex U.S. immigration process can be daunting, confusing, and at times frustrating for many clients, so it has been a privilege for our team of experienced attorneys and legal assistants to help you in these important matters.

In addition to our work in the office, our attorneys continue to be active in the professional and local community. We regularly participate in AILA and USCIS meetings and events during the year to bring you the latest updates affecting your case. For the second year in a row, one of our attorneys will be the program co-chair at the AILA Texas Chapter spring conference. Our firm actively supports the pro bono endeavors of our attorneys, and they frequently assist in wills clinics, naturalization workshops, and volunteer lawyers programs around the Houston area, providing legal services to indigent clients. Our attorneys also are actively involved as board members of various local non-profit organizations. As part of our firm’s dedication to community service activities and charitable causes, every year we provide assistance and donations to food banks, scholarship programs, toy drives, and churches, and we will continue to do so this holiday season.

As we look forward to 2011, we hope the New Year will bring continued joy and prosperity for you and your family. Happy Holidays!

Sincerely,
